At Velaire Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you have the right to return or exchange your items under the conditions outlined below.
- Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by sending an email to info@velaire.store or by using our Return Form (available below).
You can also choose to use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.
How to Return Your Order:
Notify us: Send an email to info@velaire.store within 14 days of receiving your order, stating that you wish to return the items.
Return Items: Once we confirm the return request, you can send the items back to the address we provide. Please ensure they are:
Unused
In their original condition (tags, packaging, etc.)
In the original packaging (if possible)
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- Refunds
Once we have received the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method you used at checkout. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following items:
Custom-made or personalized products
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way
Products that are not in their original packaging
- Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@velaire.store within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a free return and a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
- Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.

Important Notes:
- Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receipt.
- All returned products must be in resalable condition (unused, unwashed, and with all tags).
